Terms & Conditions

TABCO GULF provides contracting, engineering, MEP, IT infrastructure, construction, fabrication, facility management, and related technical services. All services are delivered subject to project agreements, proposals, and signed contracts.

All quotations provided by TABCO GULF are valid for the specified period mentioned in the proposal. Final pricing, scope, and delivery timelines are governed strictly by the signed agreement between the client and TABCO GULF.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely approvals, site access, and necessary documentation required for project execution. Delays caused by client-side factors may affect delivery timelines.

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Failure to comply with agreed payment schedules may result in suspension of services until outstanding payments are cleared.

All designs, drawings, technical documents, and project-related materials developed by TABCO GULF remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
